A More Complete Experience

For our next release, we’re focusing on both enhancing the customer journey within our shops and empowering business owners with better tools and insights. This update will bring powerful feedback systems, personalized product discovery, and deeper business intelligence tools to the platform.

Our priorities:

  • Product Reviews and Ratings

    Customers will be able to leave feedback and rate products, helping businesses build credibility and trust through transparency.

  • Recommendation System

    We will introduce a recommendation engine that surfaces products based on user preferences, behavior, and purchase history.

  • Business Overview Improvements

    A redesigned business overview page will give owners quicker access to important metrics, actions, and platform guidance.

  • Business Analytics

    We’ll launch a real-time analytics dashboard, showing live data about traffic, sales, product performance, and user engagement.

  • User Management

    Each business will have access to a new user administration panel, allowing better visibility and control over their customer base.


General future targets:

  • Manager Roles

    Owners on paid plans will be able to assign a new “manager” role to trusted collaborators, who can be invited via email.

  • Improved Order and Payment Handling

    We’ll start integrating features for refund handling and dispute visibility, while still relying on Stripe for final actions.

  • Tax Registration Options

    Businesses will be able to enable automatic tax collection and choose whether tax is handled on their side or the customers’ side.

  • Cash on Delivery Support

    To better support small and local businesses, we plan to enable cash payments and pay-on-delivery options.
